PARENTING FROM JOY
This workshop is for parents and parents to be. It's an interactive and meditative workshop where we will look at our sacred agreement with our children and we will learn to see the uniqueness of each family. This workshop will teach you how to be grounded and present in the body, it will teach you how to recognize your child as a spirit in the body and learn to access your own information as a parent.
As most parents know, parenting can be the most joyous event in your life as well as very demanding and challenging. During this workshop, we will look and release the demand, responsibility, never ending to do lists and what keeps us from parenting from a space of joy.
